The National Coordinator of Center for Peace and Environmental Justice, Comrade Sheriff Mulade recently led a team of the NGO on a courtesy visit to the Management of Delta Broadcasting Service, DBS, Warri, where it donated a sign board as a souvenir to the Station.
The Acting General Manager of DBS Warri, Mr. Malcolm Oteri took the team round the Station and unveiled the NGO's donation, which he said, would assist the growth and development of the Station.
The DBS Acting General Manager commended Comrade Sheriff Mulade and his team for their selfless services to humanity and for the development of society. He charged all Deltans to emulate the example by contributing to society, and praised Comrade Sheriff Mulade for his charity donations and scholarships, most especially to the less privileged in the society.
The signboard donated by the Center was unveiled at various strategic points such as the Radio studio and the Television studio, while
Comrade Mulade praised DBS Warri for its public services and for creating a platform for people of his calibre to be known in Warri and Delta State at large. He then called on the good people of Delta State to contribute their quota to the growth and development of the broadcast station.
