CEPEJ Team Visits Delta State Ministry of Oil and Gas in Asaba

A team of the Center for Peace and Environmental Justice (CEPEJ) led by its National Coordinator, Comrade Sheriff Mulade has visited the Delta State Commissioner for Oil and Gas, Prince Emmanuel Amgbaduba, supported by Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, Mrs. N.P. Nkajufo and other officials of the Ministry.
The National Coordinator of CEPEJ, Comrade Sheriff Mulade congratulated Prince Amgbaduba for his appointment as the Commissioner for Oil and Gas, and sought for collaboration with the Ministry to curb illegal oil bunkering activities in the oil producing areas of Delta State.
For his part, the oil and gas Commissioner thanked the CEPEJ team for the visit and specially commended the Center's National Coordinator, Comrade Sheriff Mulade for his large vision which has spread across the nation and beyond.
The Commissioner then promised the team that his office would study the proposal holistically and get back to the NGO.

The Center has the vision to promote peace, good governance and fundamental human rights of the marginalized populations, while ensuring environmental best practices.
