The group gave the commendation recently when it paid a courtesy visit to Center for Peace and Environmental Justice (CEPEJ), with a view to collaborating for celebrating the World Disabled Day come 3rd December, 2019.

The National Coordinator/CEO of CEPEJ, Comrade Sheriff Mulade welcomed the EGDAI team led by its President, Dr. Kenneth Edun.

The CEPEJ's National Coordinator gave an overview of the NGO's activities and informed the team about CEPEJ's two key programmes: 2019 Abuja Conference, and Peace and Unity Cup competition.

Comrade Sheriff Mulade also used the medium to appreciate the team for identifying with CEPEJ's works and their impacts on Nigeria. He further stated that CEPEJ was willing to partner with and support EGDAI with a Conference Hall or a Training Center, adding that CEPEJ would help to mobilize the physically challenged for the International Day of Disability, as well as making the voices of the team heard by calling on government through the media for support.
